  I had an appointment scheduled for my son and husband and when they showed up the technician called out due to car problems. We were not notified of this issue. They rescheduled for the next day but had to cancel and were being charged a $30 cancellation fee. If the employee would have shown up for work when they had the appointment this wouldn't be an issue. Great way to treat 2 new customers!
